This peculiar design of overcab motorhomes makes them less aerodynamic<\/strong> and fuel consumption is somewhat higher.<\/p>\n

Low Profile<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The design of low-profile motorhomes is similar to a van. Furthermore, by not increasing the height of the cab, they are more aerodynamic and maneuverable<\/strong> , and more fuel-efficient. <\/p>\n

In the case of low-profile motorhomes, the main bed is usually located at the rear of the vehicle, which reduces the interior space. Some larger models also have a drop-down bed above the living area that folds down for sleeping. These types of motorhomes are ideal for couples<\/strong> . <\/p>\n

Depending on the interior layout, you will have different characteristics. For example: <\/p>\n

    A-Class<\/strong><\/h1>\n

    Integrated motorhomes have a design similar to a minibus<\/strong> . The most distinctive feature of this type of motorhome is its spacious driving area with a panoramic front. <\/p>\n

    The entire living area and cab are integrated (hence the name), making the interior very spacious<\/strong> . They typically feature a large lounge at the rear, and the main bed folds up above the driving area. <\/p>\n

    They are not as aerodynamic as the streamlined ones and they weigh more, so fuel consumption also increases<\/strong> . They are the most expensive<\/strong> . <\/p>\n

    Within the category of fully integrated motorhomes, there’s an even more advanced type: the extendable motorhome<\/strong> . These motorhomes feature pull-out units that further expand the interior space. A category C driving license is sometimes required to drive this type. <\/p>\n
